- The VA Capital Network Acquisition Center anticipates issuing a solicitation for Assertive Case Management Services (ACT) for Veterans. Locations: Washington, D.C. area (VA Medical Center-VAMC-DC. VA has issued sources sought solicitation 36C24519Q0301 seeking contractors to assist with providing Assertive Community Case Management Services (ACT) in a team fashion to homeless or at risk of becoming homeless Veterans and their families. Many of these Veterans have conditions that make it difficult to navigate the system and advocate for their needs successfully. These conditions may include mental illness, substance use disorders, and other serious medical conditions. DC VAMC intends to utilize the services of the contractor with a housing first approach to homeless Veterans and their families. - VA Office of Electronic Health Record Modernization (OEHRM) Industry Day Event, May 29, 2019. VA’s OEHRM is responsible for properly overseeing the implementation of the newly acquired Cerner Millennium Electronic Health Record solution, to include program management, financial management, change management, training, testing, deployment and a myriad of related responsibilities.
