UPCOMING SMALL BUSINESS CONTRACT OPPORTUNITIES: National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA) and U.S. Air Force (USAF)

NEAR TERM OPPORTUNITIES:

  1. NASA plans to award a follow-on contract for Programmatic and Institutional Knowledge Services (PIKES), to provide support to the NASA Goddard Space Flight Center (GSFC) Technical Information and Management Services Branch (TIMS), NASA Headquarters (HQ), GSFC, and other NASA Centers. The principal purpose of this contract is to provide the personnel, services, and all material necessary to support agency conferencing task order events; plan, arrange, coordinate, negotiate, conduct, and close out each task order. Also in addition maintain attendee registration and provide services planning for future events. NASA anticipates issuing a draft Request for Proposal (RFP) on or around September 26, 2019, with award expected on or around December 20, 2019. This will be an 8(a) competition.   2. NASA is seeking sources and is soliciting information related to a planned upcoming competitive acquisition for Mechanical Integrated Services and Technology (MIST II). NASA anticipates releasing a draft RFP on or around mid-September 2019. NAICS Code is 541, and the Classification Code is A – Research & Development. This is a follow-on contract to contract NNG15CR64C with ATA Aerospace, performed at the Goddard Space Flight Center (GSFC) in Greenbelt, MD. The current contract expires on November 13, 2020. NASA is seeking capabilities statements from all interested parties, including, small (SB), small disadvantaged (SDB), woman-owned (WOSB), veteran owned (VOSB), service-disabled veteran owned (SD-VOSB), HUBZone, and historically black colleges and universities (HBCU) minority institutions.
