Registration is FREE for independent experts and consultants, including consulting companies who compete for pre and post award opportunities with GovFlex clients who post projects as they arise. Consultants with a fully completed registration receive FREE access to GovFlex’s research tools and industry leading templates.
Registration for government contractors is also FREE on a trial basis. Contractors may choose to upgrade to receive additional features and benefits. Contractors pursuing opportunities typically post projects for the 1099 experts and freelance consultants they need for the entire business cycle.

FAA issued a Sources Sought Notice, Information Technology Innovative Procurement for Strategic Sourcing (ITIPSS) This is a Request for Information (RFI) to determine industry interest and capabilities. The acquisition strategy has not yet been determined, but there is the potential that ITIPSS could become FAA’s “leading-edge” contract to acquire a full range of state-of-the-art technical, administrative, management, and professional IT-related service solutions. It is anticipated that it will be awarded as a 10 year Indefinite Quantity Indefinite Delivery (IDIQ) contract. The work anticipated under this contract may include the transition of over 100 contracts spanning disparate geographical locations.

FAA issued a Sources Sought Notice for FAA’s Management and Leadership Development. FAA is requesting information for their Management and Leadership Development Curricula, consisting of three components: core curriculum (mandatory developmental courses in accordance with FAA HR policy), expanded core (sponsored by the Office of Talent Development), and Ad Hoc courses provided to internal and external customers. This is a market research survey to determine the availability and adequacy of potential sources prior to determining and acquisition and contract strategy.
There are 69 core and expanded courses. The entire FAA curriculum is being inventoried, reviewed, evaluated and redesigned as necessary. The plan is to expand course offerings to provide developmental opportunities for leaders at all levels throughout the organization in subsequent years.
