Job Responsibilities: 

Our company has a requirement for the turnkey development of a proposal in response to government RFP or tender number:

The successful bidder will develop a proposal outline and compliant proposal sections including (INDICATE WHICH:) Executive Summary, Management Approach, Technical Approach, Past Performance, Resumes, Cost Volume. The expert team or expert company will be responsible for the following:

  • Work with the Company Capture Manager to understand the size and scope of the opportunity
  • Prepare a master proposal schedule
  • Ensure proposal compliance with all RFP requirements in all proposal sections
  • Lead the preparation and delivery of all proposal sections, plans, and specifications
  • Issue a writer’s package to any Company writers
  • Lead proposal reviews
  • Ensure approval of all corporate commitment statements
  • Coordinate the approval of any exceptions or deviations
  • Prepare status reports and briefings for higher-level management
  • Once the proposal is submitted, support Technical clarification and develop new, updated proposal submissions

Minimum Job Qualifications:

  • A minimum of seven years experience managing proposals submitted to U.S. Federal agencies

  • Thorough understanding of the standard government proposal process
  • Commitment to quality
  • Strong written, verbal communication and collaboration skills
