Job Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • 3+ years of technical proposal resume writing experience in response to Federal Government RFPs, RFIs, and an understanding of the Shipley methodology
  • Understanding of the Federal market and government proposals
  • Experience writing
  • Experience generating content for new business development materials
