HHS NIH issued a Sources Sought Notice, Technical, Logistics, & Administrative Support Services, on behalf of the National Institute of Environmental Health Sciences (NIEHS). The purpose of this notice is to help the Government obtain information regarding the availability of qualified sources and availability of competition. This information will assist the Government in determining the appropriate acquisition method, including whether a set-aside is possible.
