Federal Bureau of Investigations (FBI) – MULTIPLE AWARDS AND MULTIPLE LOCATIONS

Registration for government contractors is also FREE on a trial basis. Contractors may choose to upgrade to receive additional features and benefits. Contractors pursuing opportunities typically post projects for the 1099 experts and freelance consultants they need for the entire business cycle. Projects for this upcoming requirement include program management services, management consulting, logistics and financial management services. SME areas of expertise include program management, acquisitions, operations support, financial services, security,, intelligence, compliance and many more services. Contractors bidding on this requirement may require business development, proposal support, pricing, contracting, pre and post award technical support.
NEAR TERM OPORTUNITIES:
- The Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) intends to solicit for and award two (2) Professional Administration, Logistics, and Management Services (PALMS-SB), FBI-wide Multiple Award, Basic Purchasing Agreements (BPAs); spanning (5) North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Codes under the economic subsectors 541, Professional, Scientific, and Technical Services; 561, Administrative and Support and Waste Management and Remediation Services; and 61, Educational Services. The PALMS SB is designed to address the FBI’s need for a full range of service requirements that integrate multiple professional service disciplines and ancillary services with the flexibility for all contract types and pricing at the task order level. The two separate, PALMS BPAs are anticipated to be awarded to between 10 to 15 Small Business vendors, each. Throughout this document, these contracts will collectively be referred to as a single contract called “PALMS SB”. Additionally, each of the (2) separate contracts will be individually referred to as “Pools” within PALMS; one “Pool” is for labor categories subject to the Department of Labor Services Contract Act (DOL SCA) and the other “Pool” is for labor categories not subject to DOL SCA. This is an FBI-wide requirement providing services to all FBI divisions.The purpose of the Request for Information (RFI) is to aid the FBI in obtaining valuable market research information; indicating the industry interest in participating in the PALMS Program and to understand the capability of the interested parties to meet the needs of the Program.
